Thatcham Town lost ground on the Hellenic Premier League leaders as their home match against Binfield was postponed on Saturday.
A frozen pitch led to the game being called off, with the weather taking its toll on a number of Hellenic fixtures.
However league leaders Bracknell Town did manage to play, and picked up a 3-0 win at home to Lydney Town.
It puts Bracknell on 59 points from 24 games, while Thatcham are fourth on 51 points and having played one game more than their Berkshire rivals.
Thatcham aren’t playing in the league this weekend either, and instead host Flackwell Heath in the third round of the Hellenic Challenge Cup.
Elsewhere, Hungerford Town continued their impressive form as they beat Whitehawk 3-1 at home on Monday.
Nat Jarvis and debutant Warren Bentley scored for Hungerford, while they were also helped out by an own goal from Whitehawk’s Marvin Hamilton.
However the result was marred by a serious injury sustained by Scott Rees in the closing stages of the fixture.
It comes after the Crusaders’ home tie versus Truro City on Saturday was postponed.
Hungerford are up to seventh in the National League South after Monday’s game, and within one point of the play-offs as they host East Thurrock United on Saturday.
And in the Thames Valley Premier League, Newbury and Mortimer both saw their games called off against Unity and Highmoor Ibis Reserves respectively.
