Supporters of West Berkshire Mencap gathered to celebrate the charity’s work in helping children and adults with learning disabilities at a garden party on Monday afternoon.
It was held in the charity’s sensory garden at its site in Enborne Road, Newbury, to allow volunteers, service users and staff to showcase the work that it does.
Tours of the facilities were offered, as well as musical entertainment from the East Woodhay Silver Band.
Leila Ferguson, CEO of West Berkshire Mencap, said: “Thanks to incredible support, West Berkshire Mencap improves the lives of people with learning disabilities and their families.
“Our annual social gathering is our way of showing our gratitude to everyone for their hard work and support.”
She added: “Despite the rain, we had a great turnout and a lovely afternoon.”
